1. Terms and Conditions for Participants.

STALL DESCRIPTIONS AND COSTS
 
  • Stall measures are 3m (facing) x 3m (deep) €120 + 23% VAT;             4 (facing) x 5 (deep) metres €150 + 23% VAT; 4 (facing) x 6 (deep) metres €180 + 23% VAT for 2 days
  • The stalls are allocated by the GGF on the basis of suitability and how they compliment the Garden Festival overall.
  • May 5th 2017 is the closing date for both payment and booking.

SETUP TIMES FOR PARTICIPANTS/STALL HOLDERS
 
  • The event will be open for participants to set up their stalls on Friday from 10am – 4pm and on Saturday morning from 6am – 9.15am
  • Unfortunately it will not be possible to allow any participant set up their stall after these times.
  • All stalls must be set up by 09.30am, before the event opens at 11am and all vehicles removed and parked off site
  • The event site will be closed from 8pm on Sunday 2nd July 2017, all property and products should be removed by this time.

 

TRANSPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS
 
  • Responsibility for equipment cars etc is solely yours.
  • All cars/vans and trolleys must be removed to the Car Park provided, before the Festival opens on both days.
  • To enhance the visual appearance of the Festival, the Event Committee requests that each stall holder creates a small display of plants/products beside their stall. This should improve plant and product sales.
  • The committee also requests that plants and products are kept on display until 6pm on each day.
  • Each participant/stall holder is responsible for clearing up their stall and disposing of their own waste on the day.

 

2. Terms and Conditions for Visitors.

  • No pets allowed, except guide-dogs
TICKETING CONDITIONS OF SALE
 

  • Galway Garden Festival Tickets are sold subject to availability and subject to the ticketing, entry and cancellation terms and conditions listed at www.galwaygardenfestival.com.
  • Reselling of the tickets for profit or commercial gain renders it void.
  • Sometimes the event organisers will be required to make alterations to the advertised details of the show at short notice. If this happen, the event organiser is not obliged to refund your money or exchange tickets.
  • We’re sorry if any of your personal property is lost or damaged while at the event, but the organisers cannot be held responsible.
  • The unauthorised use of camera, video-camera or any other sort of recording equipment for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden.
  • Please don’t be offended if the event organisers ask to look in your bag-to ensure everyone’s safety they have to conduct occasional safety searches.
  • The event organisers will not be liable for any act or omission by any person not employed directly by the event organisers and has no control over their suppliers and cannot be held responsible for any action or omission by our suppliers or their servant, agents or employees.
  • The event organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing whether caused by strike, civil commotion, fire, war threat of war, terrorist activity, national or nuclear disaster, late delivery, adverse weather conditions, cancellation of the event, or part loss or damage. The event organisers liability shall be limited to the price paid for the tickets.
  • Admission to the event is at the ticket holder’s own risk, except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from negligence on the part of the organiser.
  • The event organiser reserves the right to refuse admission without reason.
