Responsibility for equipment cars etc is solely yours.
All cars/vans and trolleys must be removed to the Car Park provided before the Festival opens on both days.
To enhance the visual appearance of the Festival, the Event Committee requests that each stall holder creates a small display of plants/products beside their stall. This should improve plant and product sales.
The committee also requests that plants and products are kept on display until 6pm on each day.
Each participant/stall holder is responsible for clearing up their stall and disposing of their own waste on the day.
